Love that the communication between you and the seller is seen by customer support. They are involved the whole time. They do charge a fee to use a PayPal but it’s totally worth it. The other way would be to wire transfer money but I’d rather use PayPal and have the comfort of security

Vehicle has not shipped yet, but so far customer service has been very prompt on answering questions and explaining the process. If the car comes in good condition there will be nothing I could complain about.

I requested additional pictures of the vehicle to confirm condition and was told it was not possible to get additional pictures, which means you probably don’t have a car.

Not sure if I’m ready to buy yet, but it is fun looking at the vehicles available. Have already pointed a few friends to the website.

Ken did a fantastic job with communicating with me about everything.
