I recently placed an inquiry for a Suzuki Carry. While the initial response was very fast, I had asked if there were any videos of the truck starting and running (to see how it works, sounds, and see if it smoked at all). The first response indicated that a sales rep would follow up with me. I did not get a follow up, so I emailed again, but did not get a response. I would have been fine if the response was that videos are not available, but the lack of response was disappointing. I am still a fan of the Site, but am just wary to purchase with limited information. Thanks
