The car arrived

I had an amazing experience purchasing my new truck with seller Hiroaki from Best ever garage. Being inexperienced with the process, I had a ton of questions and may have been a little high maintenance. Everyone I had the pleasure to engage with was very extremely patient, courteous, and professional. All my questions answered, fears and concerns put at ease, and I felt truly cared for through the process. The truck arrived in amazing condition and all the paperwork was ready and prepared perfectly. 5 starts isn’t enough.

The vehicles have been loaded in Tacoma and are scheduled to be in Anchorage on Monday.

Overall a pretty seamless process. I am an extremely impatient person so that was the worst part. Otherwise, my representative (Ms. Ami) was extremely helpful and quick to respond, even with the time zone differences. Importing a car takes time, so expect that. Don't go into this process expecting an Amazon Prime level of speed - but they still worked quickly given what was required. My paperwork was sent timely, I was kept informed, and my representative was helpful in answering questions for me and giving me updates as she received them. The vehicle's listing was a bit vague for my tastes, but it's arrived without issue and is running fine so far. The photos were pretty accurate for the vehicle description - there were no real surprises (except for the original owner's manual - that was an awesome find!). They helped me get it here, and everything else from there was on me - as it should be. They were great for what they did and for that I am grateful.

Sweat simple short. Got kei truck all paperwork for it ez as pie. No issues there prices little higher then everyone else but when you pay for it, you can forget it until it comes on the boat. Picked it up myself since I have twic card. Los Angeles ez in and out
