Car From Japan was great. I was surprised by how easy it was to import a Japanese vehicle. They answered all my questions promptly, and made the process easy. They even recommended a US customs import expert who was fantastic. From the stock yard in Japan, to my driveway in Massachusetts, took about 12 weeks.

I had a great experience from this company. Ken helped me out and communicated very well through email. I inquired about a different Jimny than the one we ended up buying. I told Ken what color I was looking for and he sent multiple options. The one we chose is in excellent condition for it being a 1995. And runs great. Sound system works and is upgraded . A/c blows cold. Couldn’t be happier. Shipping it to Hawaii was easy with Ken’s instructions. I would highly recommend this company if you want to import a car from Japan to the states or anywhere.

Aside from a few cosmetic issues on the body, the car runs really well. Thank you for all your help throughout this process. I really appreciate everything you did to make it happen.

This was my first time importing automobiles from Japan but the professional team at Car From Japan made it very easy. I was able to purchase 2 autos at the same time and receive them in one shipping container. Through the entire process they handled each step with ease. Every step of the way I was able to communicate with my dedicated representative Ms Jun. She was always very prompt to reply and could understand all my messages and was very thorough and professional in providing the needed information and services on their end. They knew exactly what I needed and guided me with patience. From the export documents, shipping documents, vehicle documents, spare keys, international delivery of these forms and much more. They provided through photos of the vehicles before transfer to shipping. The cars were extremely well maintained and I had no issues starting the vehicles when I received them. The vehicles matched their descriptions and neither cars had any leaks nor mechanical issues. They started up and ran with all lights and signals and fluids and motor, etc working appropriately. I sincerely appreciate Ms. Jun and her entire team. They were very easy to communicate with throughout the process and provided the items for each step well in advance. As a first time purchasing and importing a car from overseas, they were able to communicate the steps involved so there would be no issues. I realized I was very fortunate to work with an experienced firm. There were no mistakes or delays. It's a process and takes time due to shipping schedules and limited delivery from Japan to my area but I understood that is to be expected and once its available it will process right away. look forward to working with them again in the future to purchase and import more cars.
