I do think you folks do a great job. This is my second purchase. However I did ask directly about rust and I wasn't given a straight answer in both my purchases. That said, you did make it right by offering me another truck at a discounted price. Thank you for the customer service.

Very professional and very quick to respond to inquiries. Import the vehicle myself with a professional customs broker to handle the paperwork. Getting the car from the dealership to ship to port was easy. It's the port to home that can be a pain. Got my car in good order. A dead battery was the only real issue. A jump to move it and then some time on a battery charger and everything is fine. Battery is brand new so replacing it is a waste.
