Did everything to provide me with easy access to the truck. Just didn't work pout this time.

Depending on who you get for Customer Service, the experience can be great, slow to respond, or extremely frustrating.

Ms. Jun was wonderful to work with. I only wish she was my representative for the Acty truck I purchased, because she was so quick with responses.

Ms. Jun was very communicative and timely. Other representatives took much longer to respond. CFJ overall was great during purchasing.

Although we didn't come to an agreement. The support agent was kind and thorough, I would still recommend it to another seeking an import car.
