I was enticed with how easy it was supposed to be based on the online presentation/advertisement with their testimony and all, that's why I jumped on it. However, I didn't realize that it wasn't easy. It was made doable with the help of your representative, Ms Jun, who was there, no miss, every time I had a question: she even gave me help with the Customs broker, something I haven't have a clue. She was there with me every step of the way. For someone with no ideal whatsoever of buying car from Japan, it came through alright. And, I am grateful at that. Thank you Japan.
