Loving My new truck!

The Sambar truck I purchased online arrived and was exactly as advertised. Communication was great, any follow-up questions were answered promptly and all necessary documents required for US Customs arrived in a timely manner, leading to a hassle free import. It took only 5 weeks from the time I paid for the truck until it cleared customs in Tacoma WA.

My low mileage 1998 Honda Acty arrived at the port without a hitch. The HD pictures on the website helped me get a better view of what I was purchasing. A strong selling point for me. The vehicle is in excellent condition, everything works and no leaks at all. I especially like the upgraded 15 inch tires and wheels it has. Jun was very helpful and prompt throughout the process and even helped me with a state side issue, going the extra mile. Thank You Jun and Car From Japan for making a once mysterious process work out perfectly. I could not be more satisfied and I highly recommend them. Let the Honda Acty fun begin!

The van arrived without any problems, & I have it registered and in my name. Thank you for all of your help throughout the process. The passenger window had this check list on it & wanted you to know if this meant the oil and coolant had been changed or just checked for adequate levels? The van is fun and gets an unbelievable amount of attention at stores & gas stations. You would be amazed. A very normal old van to you, but most Americans have never seen one and are amazed.
