There were no surprises and Mr Ken was helpful every step of the way, even after my vehicle arrived. Phenomenal service! I'm surprised at how reliable the van has been, even in the frigid weeather. I got the Kei van because I knew it would turn heads to promote my DJ business -- and any time I take it out, I get smiles.

Ken and the folks over at Car From Japan were incredibly helpful, got me every piece of paperwork i needed and a few more just in case as well as handling everything all the way up to getting it loaded on the boat, only issues i ran into was a case of overconfidence and the complex paperwork needed to finish importing my "new" car when it finally arrived (better to just pay the piper and let the professionals handle it)
