Ken and the folks over at Car From Japan were incredibly helpful, got me every piece of paperwork i needed and a few more just in case as well as handling everything all the way up to getting it loaded on the boat, only issues i ran into was a case of overconfidence and the complex paperwork needed to finish importing my "new" car when it finally arrived (better to just pay the piper and let the professionals handle it)

This is the second car I get from Car From Japan, very much satisfied. The user manuals and a second key are missing initially, I contacted Ami but was not very hopeful. But Ami made sure those items were found at the port and delivered to me via express mail. The car runs great, tiny but still pack a punch. Has some rust and deteriorated rubber seals here and there, but overall excellent for the age.

Buying a used car online can be stressful, especially from another country, but this experience was reassuring. The car arrived in good condition and the process was straightforward. I’d definitely consider using this service again.

I purchased a 1996 Honda Acty Truck from CarfromJapan. First time doing anything like this, and I was quite nervous. Seemed like I was signing up for a bumpy ride. The person assigned to me was very helpful. Always answered all my emails promptly and took much of the anxiety of a purchase like this out of the equation. No regrets. I ADORE the truck. It arrived in spectacular condition. Better than the pictures!! I am glad I went through the process. One learning lesson: Get yourself a good, reliable broker on the US side. It's so easy to find a decent one.

CFJ had excellent communications with me. The process was easy. Van was as shown, came with fresh motor oil and a new battery. Pick up at port was simple. I am happy and buying another van now.

The assigned agent (Amy)was super responsive and more importantly, helpful. The car looked great on their site and better in person... I've never bought a used car this clean. The Japanese really do keep everything spotless and in great condition. It'll be a couple years but I'm definitely going to buy from them again and highly recommend their site.

Car from japan was a good experience. They function like a dealership for the dealerships to give the public more options in vehicles to chose from. The importation process is difficulty but they offer a guide to assist with getting through the process.

CarFromJapan is absolutely worth it! I definitely was a bit hesitant as the name is definitely different but I swear they are nothing but wonderful! Absolutely helpful, patient and understanding all the way through, they answered any and all questions and are extremely friendly and upfront. I have been suggesting them to everyone i know!
