Bought a 1999 Toyota Century from their website and it was really easy to purchase. The employee named Jun was very helpful and answered all of my questions that I had. The title of the vehicle did say that it has a few dents and scratches but they're not that noticeable which is good. Because of my experience I'm planning on buying more vehicles through them.

Aside from a few small issues, I am overall very happy with the purchase! CarfromJapan has been extremely patient and kind with me and helped a ton.

I love this Sambar. Car From Japan handled sale,shipping,payment,and documents very well. Im new to self importing and there is a lot of paperwork but Ami,the CFJ agent,was responsive and helpful throughout the process. I thought the battery would be dead and there might be mechanical issues to deal with but CFJ had unplugged the battery,with clear labels for the shipper to reconnect,and a good japanese mechanic had already looked the car over and prepared it for sale. I was able to drive it home. I dont know if other importing companies are this good or not so I havent hesitated to recommend CFJ to friends,and all the people who ask how I got such a practical van in the US. Thanks Again!

I have now purchased 2 Kei vehicles from CarFromJapan. Both purchases could not have been easier. You can buy one with no help or ask questions along the way. I did both. In both cases someone is assigned to your purchase and keeps you posted on steps along the way. The Japan side of the purchase/transport went flawless both times. The US side is the tricky part. High recommend. Ask questions if you don’t feel comfortable. I’ve been super happy and will probably pickup another truck in the future.
