I recently imported a 1999 Suzuki Carry to California. The process was very easy through Car From Japan. They were very fast to respond to any questions, given the time difference. The longest part of the process was waiting for shipping, which took 6 months, which was out of their control. They gave me fairly regular updates, though, and even gave me a small refund for having to wait so long for shipment. The vehicle is in surprisingly good condition, and we are very happy with it. If we end up importing another vehicle, we will definitely go through them.

Professional company to work with. Before, during and after the sale. The needed paperwork was all in order to satisfy the DMV. The extensive photos of the 1999 Honda ACTY helped to assure that the money being spent was worth it.

Car From Japan makes the car buying experience quick and easy.This is the second car I have purchased from them. All pre- purchase information about the vehicle and shipping is truthful and honest. Even with the crazy tariffs situation, purchasing these low mileage vehicles is STILL the smart thing to do. I attend car shows in my Keis and have parked near Ferraris and high end Mercedes...but the spectators pass the vehicles worth hundreds of thousands of dollars and gather around the Kei vehicles!
