Very easy process and the website was easy to navigate. I inquired on several trucks before I decided on one. Once I received my truck it was very clean and the pictures were pretty accurate to what I received. Some things were not depicted but the vehicles are in used condition so it was expected. I would recommend this site for importing a truck
