This was my first time to purchase and import a car from Japan. The support team responded to all my questions and eagerly helped make the process as smooth as possible. My car arrived at the port in the exact condition described. I did have to replace the shocks, but you should expect to something like that in a car over 25 years old.

Hi Ken, Just wanted to let you know - It was easier for me to replace the cross bars on my own then try to open a case with the shipping company. I recently had it at the shop to put new suspension, as well as some fine tuning all around. It will need a new power steering pump, since the one it came with is leaking. Anyway, I wanted to send you a picture to show I am enjoying it!

Excellent Experience with Kei trunk! The communication and process for the order was seamless. Was able to get all the documents needed to import and register the vehicle into US. The seller that sold the car was very honest and vehicle was in great shape.

Cars from Japan responded quick. For a company half way around the world they responded within 12 hours usually within a few hours. They got me all my paperwork needed to register my vehicle and the papers needed to get to my broker to handle the epa and dot papers. Greetings. I picked up my Hijet from the Freeport, Texas port and trailered it home. It was a 700 mile round trip in one day. Thank you so much for answering my stupid questions along the way. Having gone through it, I now have a better understanding of the process and the costs involved. I am pleased with my purchase. It is as described in the pictures and video.
