This was my first time to purchase and import a car from Japan. The support team responded to all my questions and eagerly helped make the process as smooth as possible. My car arrived at the port in the exact condition described. I did have to replace the shocks, but you should expect to something like that in a car over 25 years old.

Hi Ken, Just wanted to let you know - It was easier for me to replace the cross bars on my own then try to open a case with the shipping company. I recently had it at the shop to put new suspension, as well as some fine tuning all around. It will need a new power steering pump, since the one it came with is leaking. Anyway, I wanted to send you a picture to show I am enjoying it!

I bought a 1998 Subaru Sambar Truck through them in January 2025. They made the process very easy and if I had any questions, there were both email and website capabilities in place to answer them. The transaction went very smooth. I will definitely consider them for my next purchase from Japan. You do need to research whatever vehicle you are interested in and be knowledgeable about engine types and variations in models to be sure you get what you want, but if you do need information, don't hesitate to ask. I did and have been very happy with the end result.
