The over all experience has been really good. I haven't had as much seat time in the vehicle as I'd like. I hope to be driving more soon. At first glance it appears in good shape. Hawaii has a few steps to get registration but your staff and the customs broker have been super helpful in getting it done.

The vehicle arrived in great condition. I'm looking forward to many years of use.

Hello Jun, Good day to you, The car is finally here, I went to the Jacksonville Port yesterday to pick it up. It took a few days more for the ship to get to the port because of a hurricane that was passing by the area, this is why it took me longer to let you know when I got the car. The car looks amazing! It's exactly what I wanted in this Subaru model, the car even came with a GPS from Japan that speaks Japanese which I think is just the coolest thing. I attached a few pics. You have been so helpful and I'm just in awe of how much people take care of these cars in Japan after all these years. Hello Ms Jun Love my Alto Works I am planning to buy another one in a few months also have friends who are very interested as well. She is a great little car the only thing I had to do was put Freon in the AC and a gas line had ruptured but they were both an easy fix.
