I have not yet bought a vehicle but the communication with customer service is very good. Highly recommended.

The only problem I have is that some of the cars that I look at I can’t get maintenance done over there in Japan. I would like to get maintenance done in Japan cause parts are there and available before getting it here to the United States

For anyone considering a Japanese import - you owe it to yourself to check out Car From Japan. CFJ answered every question and email, and took care of every shipment detail. I received my kei truck in THREE (3) weeks!

Pictures, pictures ,pictures Looking at a 25+ yr old vehicle from 10K miles away depending on pictures is challenging. What is needed? close ups of door jambs, under the floor mats, frame. Service records if available, accidents? Chips in glass? The US tariffs are becoming an issue.

I had a great experience with buying a van through Cars from Japan and I will be sure to add pictures when it’s delivered.

Some vehicles have fewer pictures than others, and certain areas, when overlooked, raise questions. When I asked for more pictures of the areas not photographed (engine) I got a big no, we can't provide more pictures.

I have not purchased the car ref year end taxes but definitely do it at the first of the year

I paid for a car and then you guys tried charging an extra 8k for it. Because “the engine had work done to it” after I already purchased it. I pulled out a loan for no reason.

Asked for more pictures of a vehicle I was interested in since there was only 3. Was told more pictures would be coming in ten days. Instead, the car was sold and I never saw any more pictures. Not professional at all

It would be nice to know the other costs of bring it to the USA from Japan!

Still awaiting delivery, but have been kept up to date with all information available.
