It is hard to grade on someones communication speed and quality when it is that person second language. The staff here English is much better than someone trying to speak Japanese as their second language. Prices are much higher than other exporters I have found. This company do accept credit cards, making it harder for many people to buy a car and being protected during transaction. I was told the car I wanted to buy will take three to four months. That is much longer than it took when I ordered my car last year from a different exporter. Just under two months. When I mentioned I'm buying a car for someone I know and I would like to have it shipped to me in a timely manner, it appeared the salesman I was talking to did not care. Compared to what I'm used to being in the states, it seems like some of the people I talked to is not as fast or lack concern about making sure the customer is happy.

Ami-san did an excellent job in explaining the procedures for the first time buyer. The first round of attempt did not materialize because the choice for kei-trucks was rather limited. It was me who changed mind and gave up on the dump truck.
