Communication with sales representative was good and timely. Unfortunately I did not get the vehicle I paid for, due to export documents not available. The sales person did show me other options and offered another vehicle for the same price I had already paid. I made another offer for a different vehicle but it was refused. My only option was to ask for a refund. The sales person sent me the refund information and I received my refund without a problem. I look forward to doing business with carfromjapan in the future. Inquired about underbody condition. Was told there was rust and corrosion present, no further information or photographs were provided when requested. Difficult to buy a car across the world without being able to see half of it.
