I was expecting details responses, not vague short answers.

Cars from Japan, can do better in communicating proactively. When there is interest in getting a deal done, the communication is fast, but after the transaction has been done, the communication becomes slow or non-existent unless you send emails asking for the status of the process. A recommendation would be to send a weekly update email stating how the order is progressing "OnTime" or "Not OnTime" so there are no gaps of days/weeks without knowing how the order is progressing.

Mr. Austin, the customer service agent that was helping me, did not do a great job answering my questions. He could not tell me any more information about the van I was looking to buy outside of what was already on the site. He did answer my questions regarding the buying process but some answers felt like it was copy pasted. He sounded kind of rude at the end of our conversation when I had a question about an email offer I got from Cars from Japan. He didn’t even know about the sale and then told me I was wrong. I sent him the screenshot and then he cut the conversation. Overall bad experience with the agent, and I was really looking forward to buying the car. Really disappointed.
