I just wish there was an easier way to get 2 purchases on the same ship. I understand its not cost effective when 1 of my vehicles far away from the port, but I hoped I could have someone locate a similar vehicle that could be shipped on same ship. It would increase your sales.

The convenience of the website is amazing and although it is hard to get a good response time from anyone in the world from Hawaii I found a time usually during the night for me when me and my sales agent could respond to each other quickly. My only concern is when searching for the car I made my payment and the car did not have it’s documents so I used my money to buy a similar car. Payed for the car and I found out it has a odometer change which carfromjapan did not know about. I changed my car purchase for a second time and found a 3rd car that was good for me. That whole hiccup prevents me from recommending the site too highly for colleagues and friends. Once the car gets to me I will make another review.

It is too expensive compared to competitors on the same vehicles.

Need more insights on US import obligations (tax and licensing) in order to feel comfortable buying. It’s not a clear, worry free process.

The CFJ team is always super responsive. Ultimately glad the Cynos was not available as now have an even more exotic car with the Celica coming soon hopefully.
