I did not purchase a vehicle, but Customer Support was very fast and friendly. Once I have the money I will definitely purchase a car from here.

After sending my payment wire, I was informed that the registration papers had been lost and the vehicle was unsellable. It has been 17 days since I was told my money would be refunded and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND! COMPLETELY UNACCPTABLE!

The customer service is poor, when you ask about the vehicle's condition they want you to commit to buying the car first. When I asked about the price all they said. this is the best available price. In the chats or the emails, it feels like I'm talking to a robot. I know you are a third party, selling the cars, but the customer service representative needs to have more information. Other than that you have good-looking cars.
